We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and confirm practical details in WhatsApp. We keep customer contact details and free-text notes, including staff status notes, for up to 12 months, then clear those fields wholesale. Non-identifying order history such as the reference, date, status, items and subtotal may be retained for operational records.
